Associate Director. Leading Global ERP Service management within AMS (Application Managed Services). Supporting & leading SAP technology team in Prague: Basis, ABAP, Security & Service Management for EMEA within our 3 IT hubs strategy.

Leading the effort to optimize IT tools and organization for Building Distribution division of Saint-Gobain in Eastern Europe (currently CZ, PL, HU, SK / 2000 users) as head of Central IT unit located in Prague. In charge of budgets, strategies, centralized SAP retail support team and all local IT units in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia (30 people). Personally also supporting SAP Retail modules on senior level of Level2 support.

In charge of building and deploying SAP retail based commerce solution (information systems, process descriptions and organization) for medium size countries of Saint-Gobain Building Distribution (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, USA & Switzerland) -> all productive now with 5000 users.
