Communication intermediator between compressor producer ( Licensee) and inventor / Licensor (UK) . Dealing with intellectual property, filing patent applications in the UK, later extended for the EU, US/Can. In 2011 the Licensor decided to disengage. Second project continues.

Area Eastern Europe. Czech republic, Hungary, Poland. Energy saving / monitoring systems for the industrial fluorescent lighting. Introducing new product. Seeking distributors / resellers. Project discontinued for delays in obtaining the European Product Certification.

2 year contract assignment. Industrial Air and Gas Blowers and Compressors, stationary or mobile applications. Expanding sales in the Eastern Europe, seeking new applications. Developing road tanker discharge compressor market in Europe. Working with OEMs, distributors, project companies, end users. Production support - sourcing parts and seeking alternative suppliers in the Czech republic ( gears, rotors, castings, blower accessories and packaging ). Proposals for improving product features.

Representation of the Japanese compressor producer Hori Engineering Co., Ltd. in Europe. ( Krakow, Poland ). Road Tanker Discharge Compressors, sales and service center. Personally active in developing markets in the Czech republic, Slovakia, Russia. Seeking new resellers and service points in Europe, technical training. Succesfully submitted product design alterations proposals. Result - new products improved for the European road tanker compressor market. Split of the partnership in 2007.

Setting up the branch company in Prague, 15-20 people. Moving productions from Germany and Austria to Prague. Developing Production / Assembly / Stock / Service & Installation center in Prague. Selection and implementation of the new ERP system. Sourcing alluminium castings from the Czech foundries. Metal sheet laser cut and pressed parts, assemblies. Quality control, auditing suppliers. Road tanker discharge equipment distribution.

First 18 months based in the UK. Research and Development Dept., Sales and Management training in the UK and Holland. In 1994 starting up the Branch company in Prague. Finding site and people, developing sales / service / installation depot. 8 people in 2012.
