- Maintenance of networks, VLANs, VPNs, and hosts based on Windows 7/8/8.1/10 - Administration of Servers based on Windows 2003/2008/2012, Domain, Users and Group Policies, File, Web, Database, Sharepoint, Exchange, Firewall and Proxy servers, Office 365. - Managing of Court room devices. - Video conferences. - Provide Help-desk Support for users managed by Jira Service Desk. - Maintenance and scheduled backup of data in the courts. - Training staff members in Microsoft platforms.
