I service the recruitment and selection needs for Metropolitan Retail Head Office and a few local branches. I am part of a team of 3 who look after head office. Besides recruitment, I also assist and facilitate the line manager/employee with disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, poor performance, do presentations to clients, consult with clients on specific HR needs, assist with adhoc projects.
