Incorporation and winding down of new/old companies, management of the new acquisitions, incorporation of the new entities into the existing corporate structure. Manage the oversea service providers: legal, accounting, tax and facilities

Support the Finance Manager and partner with the Procurement Directors for the Packaging Network. The role is a business facing role and works with the directors to give them a better financial inside and represent a bridge between finance and business. Ensure timely reporting to enable and support an effective decision process. Have a global overview and review regional processes and align where possible to ensure a more effective process.

Work with the Group Financial Analyst to support the Shine Group global consolidation and monthly close and reporting of Group financials to NewsCorp. Ensure all intercompany and eliminations are accurately accounted for and tracked Support the accounting for complex Head office accounting areas including which may include US tax reporting, corporate entities and foreign exchange
