responsible for: -requirements collection and data analysis -iterative system optimization proposals of an OWMS system -improvement of system usability and user experience -cross-department coordination and communication

responsible for: -team communication and coordination -independent development of project teams -conception and implementation of digital platform strategies -responsible for the whole management of an E-commerce platform, including collecting user needs, conducting market research and competitive product analysis, and planning and implementation of operational strategies, etc.

Responsible for collecting data and feedbacks from different departments and proposing iterative solution for internal systems
