Responsible for support, evolution, and security of all the company hardware and software systems. Gained extensive hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure systems deployment, migration and evolution; and with various commercial software packages, including design and implementation, backup and recovery processes, and virtualization technology. Also responsible for communications equipment support and troubleshooting, including Cisco routers and switches, Dell Servers, and PBX telephony switch.

Responsible for Implementation, integration with clients’ systems, and support of ECM Solutions for several major corporations including Vodafone, Orange Egypt, and Zain Iraq. Gained extensive hands-on experience in several application domains, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC); oil and gas; telecom operator; and government sector business processes.

Performed configuration and troubleshooting of ECM products and subsystems, including databases, communication modules, and client interfaces. Quickly learned the various industry standards resulting in increased responsibilities and recognition. Identified and implemented several IT systems improvements for the corporation (traffic monitor, routing/load balancing policy, and others).
