Implementation of SAP FI-CO within different Mettler Toledo units. Analyze as-is business processes, tools, resources and competencies within FIN, identify gaps to the global SAP template and lead actions needed to close them. Analyse, cleanse and prepare for migration from legacy to SAP the following financial data objects: bank data, tax data, fixed assets, cost centers, chart of accounts, credit limits, bank data, payment terms and methods) to be migrated to SAP.

Transition of Accounting/Reporting/Supply Chain Finance processes from in-house model to Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) centers. Process transformation and Target Operating Model design and implementation for Capgemini Clients. Working for clients from different industries FMCG, Insurance, Asset management). Support in sales, account development and solution for BPO. Support in ERP and other application implementation. Project management.

Audit of financial statements: asset management: investment funds, insurance, leasing, factoring, banking. Identification and performance of tests of internal control; performing substantive procedures / analitycal reviews of financial statements; working with clients and discussing issues found; preparing varierty of audit documentation, presentations, proposals etc. Managing audit team (interns, assisstans), assigning tasks, providing feedback, coaching.
