* Dealing with queries from subcontractors * Distributing and processing the post (both in and out) * Filing * Raising and distributing cheques * Chasing payment of invoices * Typing up invoices * Updating the database * Scanning * Responding to emails * Distributing and collating documents for Directors * Managing paperwork and collating information to ensure in order to be passed to Directors in a timely fashion * Recording and keeping track of archiving
