-Anticipate areas of possible collaboration and coordinate between NECTEC and potential foreign partners in order to create productive collaboration and raise profile of NECTEC overseas -Arrange venue, paperwork and approache speakers for meetings/ conferences/ seminars between NECTEC and foreign agencies -Draft/ translate document from Thai to English and vice versa

-Anticipate/analyse issues which may affect stability of the government or may be raised for discussion in the parliament meeting, alert relevant government agencies to take action to prevent problems -Analyse unclear issues in the draft decree which may be raised for discussion in the parliament, coordinate with relevant government agencies to give clarification on unclear issues to the whip committee before putting the decree in the agenda for parliament meeting -Prepare daily media summary for the PM

-Conduct market research and forecast on potential investors -Initiate idea and work with advertising agency to come up with company’s fact sheet, brochure, advertisement and other publicity strategy -Arrange company’s exhibitions and activities to raise profile of the company to investors and the general public -Draft and translate document from Thai to English and vice versa as required. -Represent marketing and sales department in the company’s ISO9000, ISO14000 and QC taskforces
