Working as part of the Internal Recruitment Team at PRA to source candidates through various channels for PRA's vacancies in areas such as: Biostatistics, Facilities, Clinical Operations, Safety and Risk Management, Data Management and Project Management, up to executive level. I currently work with Recruiters covering Europe. •Resource Planning •Working with Senior Management to produce accurate resource planning budgets and timescales •Identifying the appropriate Recruitment Methodology which includes: oWorking with Recruitment Agencies, putting together a PSL to ensure all rates and services are competitive oEnsuring that recruitment reflects Panovus appropriately and meets legislative requirements oTracking equal opportunities and diversity within the recruitment process

New business generation – contacting companies from a preferred industry sector to identify and follow up business leads. • Lead Generation – using LinkedIn to obtain contact details of HR Managers to contact directly and sell our service • Identify new ways of using Social Networking for lead generation • Conduct client analysis –number of employees/ business scope and create a detailed Company Overview to send out to candidates when they reach interview stage Candidate Attraction/ Filtering/ Sourcing
