• Supervise juniors and increase their motivation, productivity, check achievement of objectives and team work skills. • Produce monthly engineering services status report for every project. • Apply costing and process design strategies to push the company towards success. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Establish objectives for staff in terms of profit and productivity. • Establish measurements and action to close planning gap.

• Review Project cost distribution (cost optimization) for the project. • Direct and manage project development from FEED Studies till startup activities. • Review and specify project work breakdown structure (WBS) for project activities. • Develop full scale project plans and estimate resources needed to achieve project goals. • Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of team members, third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

• Identify key pump selection criteria by direct interaction with distributors or clients. • Generate budgetary proposals, process designs, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, General Arrangements and final bid proposals. • Determine major market area of the clients or distributors pump applications. • Support engineering application and maintaining knowledge of all current projects within the region.
