1. Commercial vehicle Transmission Prototype Development. Responsible for complete casting commodity. Manufacturing and machining support for Cast Iron and Aluminum castings, Sand casting, GDC, Investment casting components. 2. Worked on 120HP, 12X12 Tractor Trans Axle Design 3.Responsible for all Enclosures & Casting Component Development (Modeling & Detailing). 4.Validate all components by means of DFM, DFA and DFMEA etc.
