I provided consultancy on all plant processes ( including sales, marketing, purchasing, planning, production, maintenance, quality, health safety & environment, logistics and after-sales services ) for production plants. This included managing investment projects, joint venture agreements, plant establishment and commissioning, machinery park design, and the transportation and installation of equipment. The companies that would form a partnership were Nile Wire ( NW ) and İlk Yapı Group.

Led quality strategy roadmaps for 3 plants, producing brushless servo motors, DC motors, and custom solutions for global clients. Directed cross-functional teams (QC,QM)and mentored 5 managers. Achieved ISO 9001 and AS 9100. Spearheaded Lean and reducing defects and improving scrap/rework rates. Managed audits (Enercon, Deutsche Bahn,Creusen etc.) and customer complaint resolution.Drove APQP process for new projects, ensuring compliance with aerospace/industrial standards. Cultivated a zero-defect culture.

Led quality strategy for 2 plants (Turkey/USA) producing motorized pergolas, bioclimatic systems, and awnings. Drove lean/ERP-integrated programs for zero-defect compliance. Directed QC teams (metals, electrical components, sensors, fabrics, glass) and 3 managers. Achieved ISO 9001/45001/14001/10002, CE Marking, and EN 1090 certifications. Executed TQM, Lean, and TPM, reducing defects by 15%. Streamlined audits and supplier compliance. Spearheaded change management aligned with business goals.

Directed QA/QC for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum casting (aerospace, automotive, healthcare). Managed Quality&Labs. Mentored 5 managers. Achieved ISO 9001/AS 9100, NADCAP (HT, NDT, Welding, X-Ray, CP). Slashed customer returns: 25k→0-500 ppm. Secured approvals for aerospace/auto clients (Boeing, Airbus,Mercedes) via APQP. Led audits (GE Aviation, Rolls-Royce, Safran) and boosted NADCAP re-accreditations. Enhanced quality metrics: scrap, rework,kaizen.Cultivated zero-defect culture.
