- Providing Support to end users concerning Microsoft programs and other software. -Troubleshooting Network Devices (Switches, cables and NICs). -Troubleshooting TCP/IP connection problems. -Providing Support to the wireless networks (wireless access points and related software) -Installing, troubleshooting and upgrade related devices such as printers, scanners and related hardware. -Installing and troubleshooting Network cameras (Monitoring Cameras) problems
