Analysing and evaluation of parts from 0km + warranty *Deriving and implementing corrective actions *Making warranty agreement with Customer such as TF ( e.g Reducing warranty costs by 0.8 million euros from 7 million euros , making 1st TF agreement for Duzce Location .) *Applying of statistical methods , quality tools such as 8D reports , FMEAs , inspection charts and Complaint Processing . *Preparing of quality tasks in customer portal *Performing audits according to customer and global requirements
