As a service desk Expert in a mission to MTNIrancell, I help users resolve their issues with computer hardwares or software. I respond to user inquiry, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications and help resolve these issue for users. I also work with other department to provide assistances on task that are outside the scope their knowledge or expertise.
