As one of consultants of 180 Degrees Consulting, I was involved in consulting project which was aimed at finding an optimal business model for IT company. The work as a consultant mainly consisted of conducting market researches, identifying the key risks as well as designing the approach and robust business framework which were later implemented by our client.

My position mainly required the following responsibiliies • Managing multinational team of 10+ members on a daily basis, running a Scrum process; • Coordination of tasks among several teams; 
• Preparation of backlogs; • Prioritization of backlog items; 
• Leading Scrum activities
; • Defining project risks
; • Communication with client
; • Managing project in JIRA; • Analyzing business requirements; • Regular reporting to management; • Preparing status reports (daily/weekly reports);

During the final draw of EURO-2012 in 2011 and the final stage of the tournament in 2012 I was involved in project as a coordinator-volunteer of logistics department. The set of my responsibilities included customer service via phone; coordination and organization of the delivery of different goods to the venue in accordance with the arranged schedule. Most of the work was executed via VDS (venue delivery system) designed by UEFA.
