Responsible for enforcing the rules of Scrum, removing impediments from team, improving transparency on team progress through burn down charts, velocity reporting and sprint and release progress, assisting with prioritization and resolution of defects, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution, supporting the team with test definition and coordination, close cooperation with Software Quality Assurance

Responsible for test concept and test plan preparation, effort and cost estimations and controlling, test progress monitoring, software quality inspection, status and tests results reporting for project leadership, risk management, resource planning, administration of bug-tracking and test management tools, project troubleshooting, training and supporting Junior Project Leaders, recommendation and implementation improvements of test process

Responsible for performing tests in accordance to the specifications, reporting errors, creating test cases and test scenarios, support for Project Leader in daily work as a technical expert, preparing technical documentation, training and supporting new employees (testers and developers)
