Since end 2021 I focus on helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice in a scaled setup (4 teams), both within the Scrum Teams and the organization, besides my engineering work. I serve two Scrum Teams enabling them to be effective and improve their practices.

Working on globally distributed, data driven automotive and mobility solutions at hyper scale to improve safety on the roads.

I created a service oriented architecture, that receives, processes, routes and transmits EDI documents like orders, invoices, dispatch advises, etc and connects businesses across all sectors worldwide.
