Passenger Medical Clearance (e.g. arrangement for stretcher and airline supplied oxygen logistic), Ensure compliance with EU/IATA regulations in regards to provisions for Dangerous Goods carried by passengers and crew (e.g give operator approval) and for passenger seating (e.g. exit seats)/ security (inad,deportees) in reservation process, Booking Data Quality Control, Determination of Loading Capacities and Restrictions for operated Aircrafts (e.g. animals, bulky loads, Handicapped- and Infant seating)

Fachlicher Ansprechpartner zu allen Sonderleistungen, QM von Buchungszahlen und Passagiernamenslisten (PNL), Bearbeitung von Queues, Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von speziellen Buchungsanfragen im Bereich Special Services durch Callcenter, Servicecenter und Reisebüros,

Projektarbeit, unter anderem Erstellung eines Markt-Modells und Business Case sowie Erhebung von qualitativen KPI’s durch einen eigenständig entwickelten Fragebogen

Einblick in das Slotmanagement und Unterstützung des Management

Optimierung der Bereitschaftsdienste Kabine, Mitarbeit in der Arbeitsgruppe Dienstplanwünsche und statistische Auswertungen
