Arrangement weekly meeting and training program coordinate with inspection agencies. Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site  Monitoring of all types of Construction materials as per approved supplier and Project requirements and its storages as per the manufacturer instruction.  Review all Construction drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary Quality related requirements

Review/comment on the ITP, Project Quality Plan, Project Execution Plan & other projecprocedures specifications, inspection procedures, checklists, ITPs, MOS, etc. • Provide QA/QC and inspection requirement to contractors and subcontractors at all stages of the projects for the specific discipline.  Monitor the tasks of the inspectors ((TPA) involved in day to day inspection activities with requirements of applicable codes.

Review the certifications regarding element mixes, LASTM test, chemical analysis, grain size analysis related to QA/QC inspections.  Monitor atmospheric conditions during pouring operations and correct curing operations.  Orderly collect and manage /check documents certifying test, controls and inspection documents, ensuring that all civil works and testing related records & punch list are properly retrievable within the final As Built dossier.
