Support the delivery of IT (transition/CR) projects in line with best practice andto scope/schedule/budget.  Provide cross teaming support/backup  Responsible for the end-to-end IT spectrum, in particular by looking after integration of tools and assets in the overall IT solution deployment.  Track time, expenses and changes per project – to assist with future bidding and financial management

Preparing MIS on Time & Cost productivity impact across Geo’s and appraise same to the Global Team.  Preparing IT Business Monthly report for AP to track the IT Severity downtime for AP Delivery Centers.  Design and developing the Monthly Report for AP resource to track the Utilization percentage and ensures optimization of resource.

Time Management, Reporting and Analysis  Preparing the guidelines for the Project & Admin Office and ensuring timely revisionand updates  Labour Cost Reporting and Cost monitoring  Preparing Utilization reports and ensures optimization of resources.  Exemplary show cases to senior management on the cost analysis based on MISreports  Capacity Planning Reporting
