Lead, inspire and grow a team of customer engineers and pre-sales engineers who engage with prospects, customers, and partners to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of Google Cloud technologies, and address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the business process. Also, ensure to maintain highly-skilled troubleshooting experts to support the customers whenever required.

My responsibilities are to design and implement solutions on the Google Cloud Platform. This includes existing system migrations as well as implementing solutions from scratch and post-deployment technical support. - Planning and Designing GCP architecture for customers. - Migrating existing/new systems/applications to GCP. - Leading and monitoring the team with multiple projects at a time. - Analyze and optimize technical and business processes. - Troubleshooting technical issues on-site and remotely.

Working more towards the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services while assisting the existing/new G-Suite deployments. - Liaising with customer requirements on GCP infra services for deployment planning. - GCP Pre-sales support for internal teams. - Post-deployment technical support for GCP services (Infra services). - Assisting large-scale G-Suite deployments.

- Planning and Designing G Suite Deployments for various business environments - Provisioning domains, users, groups, org units, and other resources - Configuring and managing mail routing, G Suite services, and associated settings - Implementing and managing authentication and security - Configuring and managing mobile devices - Configuring and managing coexistence - Ensuring Customer Success Post-Deployment - Technical support and troubleshooting for G-Suite and GCP services
