To design and execute the transformation for the functional areas of support (finance, logistics, procurement, human resources and collections). Ensure performance, quality, development and sustainability of support systems and processes, through a Global ERP and a Centre of Excellence. Ensure global IT strategy through the definition and execution of systems landscape. Planning and budgeting, chargeback model, timely measurement of service levels. Scope is global: Latam, Europe and Digital business.
