In this position I managed a project for a waste treatment facility for a top level of security lab (BSL-4), including installation and comissioning planning, coordinating and participating in the realization. Further, I involved in other projects such as tire pyrolysis, medical waste incineration and waste-to energy basic engineering for a plant to be built on a ship.

Project Manager of a sludge to energy project comprising sludge transport, drying, incineration in a fluidized bed reactor, boiler, turbine, heat recovery for district heating, plus all ancillary systems and steel works. Coordination of project teams in different companies and countries working on the project.

Project management for a complete waste-to-energy plant on the Isle of Wight with Moved Bed technology, using the RDF for electricity production for the island. Capacity is 3,6 MW electric.

Development of new projects in the environmental sector, like waste-to energy, flue gas treatment solutions, and cruise ship waste incineration. Development of the preliminary engineering, process diagrams, heat and mass balance diagrams, programmes, cost structures, negotiations of complex contracts.

Research in water basin management, law, policy and sustainability strategies for the Sinos River Water Basin Committee.

Responsible for bringing the german company Michaelis to Brazil, opening the Market, structuring the engineering department and adapting projects to the brazilian conditions.

Management of sales and after sales department and marketing.

In the communications office of the environment secretary of Rio Grande do Sul my main task was to help on the organization of the Rio+10 conference, especially with international contacts due to my language skills.

At Ensinger I organized the website creation, marketing activities together with distributors, sales personal training and trade fair participation.

Research for my master thesis on Wind power and etanol policy schemes.
