Advising global companies on procedures and best-practices in a M&A deal with a focus on IT. The main tasks include: - Due Diligence services (Tech, Software, IT, ODD, FDD) - Carve-out management & PMO - Post-merger integration (PMI) Apart of the standard M&A practices, at Deloitte we also support internally with the following: - Recruiting (e.g. Presenting at university events, leading interviews etc.) - Talent development (Guidance for new joiner, leadership within teams etc.)

Trainee program including training in different sectors, starting with clinic management. Once starting in the head office the description changed to project management including the role as a compliance officer and implementing the according regulations.
