• Procure to Pay (P2P) Leader; • Procurement processes implementation (SAP and non-SAP); • SAP Blocked invoices process and support; • KPI’s and reporting; Savings tracking and follow up; • Contract in SAP for Raw Material; • SOX controls and compliant reports, Audit support; • Purchasing Key user for SAP MM, Master Data and Business Warehouse; • Supplier claims & Complaints.

• Payment to Provider Leader (P2P), SAP MM key user, strategic Procurement support; • KPIs and diverse Procurement reporting, incl. spend analysis; • Blocked invoices root causes analysis, overdue status, solution implementation; • Self-billing SAP implementation, including reporting; • Contract management in SAP; • Trainer SAP MM module (procurement), and user refresh; • SOX controls and compliance support; • Administrator material planning forecast system and pricing system.

• Creation of reports and KPIs for senior management in Europe; • Management inventories in Europe, new and reconditioned medical instruments; • Management of factory returns (US & GB) for reconditioning and resale; • Forecasting, planning and purchasing of medical devices for Research and Diagnostics for Europe; • Marketing support for EU and US deployment of new medical devices; • Management of master data creation in Oracle and Business Object; • Support conversion process from AS-400 to Oracle.
