As well of reviewing the whole organization performance overview. - Area Budget revision and Planning, as well as promoting salary equity. - Ensure the implementation of regional projects and the standardization of local processes and organizational structure with the Headquarters. - Accompany the leaders to assure HR is a strategic partner in the business success.

- Talent Management – High potentials, Key people & positions, Succession & Development Plans. - Manage Performance Review Plan. - Ensure a good work environment through employee’s engagement & Culture. - Change-Management.

- Talent Management – High potentials, Key people & positions, Succession & Development plans. - Change and Project Management, ensuring the implementation of regional projects & Activities. - Administrate locally the HRMS. (Selection and implementation of a new HRMS.)

- Talent Management – Identifying key positions and talent based on performance, potential, and readiness (9 box), development & succession plans. - Create, impulse and execute development programs/ projects for key talent. - Identify the training needs and create a plan to close the existing gaps to help achieve the organizational strategy. - Manage the Learning Management system (LMS). - Create and execute the organizational leadership program. - Manage the performance cycle and on boarding process.
