Responsible for setting up the legal and administrative structure of projects related to social and environmental impact, related to philanthropic activities, and the Voluntary Carbon Market. E.g. Program of Reintroduction of Spix Macaw back to its natural habitat, Afforestation Carbon Credit Project.

Responsible for managing the Financial, Operations, and Human Resources departments, helping the company during its scale-up.

Foundation and Management of Lima Legal Services S.C, a boutique law firm focused on representing Brazilian and International clients in the fields of Banking, Business and Real Estate Law. The firm's core value was the creation of effective legal solutions for international clients. During its existence, more than 250 clients have been assisted, especially in litigation cases, with a success rate of approximately 85%, representing the recovery of more than 700,000 EUR in damages.

As a full-time junior associated lawyer, I worked together with a team of senior lawyers in Labor, Tax and Civil cases, especially gathering documents, taking part of hearings and writing claims and other legal documents, as well as following the progress of the cases.
