I was responsible for management Customers / Projects: VW - Passat B6/B7, Passat Coupe, Porsche Cayenne and BMW – R56. Introduction of new projects and design changes. I had taken over duties of the Quality Coordinator. To my duties belonged managing of the Quality Controllers work, supplier assessment based on incoming inspection, reporting the KPIs (BOS) to the Operations Director and Division Quality Manger, taking charge of customers climes (inc. 8D), controlling of production processes (PFMEA, SPC, FTQ), management of the quality documentation and instrumentation. Additionally I was employed as a Process Engineer.
