Development of variable displacement oil pumps and vacuum pumps for automotive applications (responsible of prototype phase, product validation and start of production). Coordination of the international and multi-department Bosch community for vane pumps.

JMP - Junior Managers Program (Step 3) ----- Coordination of the “quality offensive” strategy for the improvement of quality level in the common rail pump assembly (definition of main potentials and countermeasures). Definition of the “technical specifications” for the implementation of an automatic work station onto the common rail pump assembly line (multi-department team working).

JMP - Junior Managers Program (Step 2) ----- Development of variable displacement oil pumps for off-highway applications (responsible of customer requirements analysis, analytic design calculation and 3D concept design). Launch and coordination of the international and multi-department Bosch community for vane pumps (including the planning and the coordination of 2 workshops for 20 engineers).

JMP - Junior Managers Program (Step 1) ----- Responsible of the technical discussion with the supplier for the screws of a vacuum pump. Evaluation of suppliers performances and definition of suppliers development strategy. Definition of an internal procedure for the management of all the supply chain processes.
