In my roll I am responsible for business process analysis, process remodelling and process optimizing according to the rules of best practice. All of this in cooperation with the technical It support who reflects the process requirements by programming and customizing the system. Furthermore I am responsible for assistance in the training and support for keyusers in this new working landscape.
