Implementing innovative digitalization projects in the insurance and banking industry

I am part of the Risk Strategic Change team which acts as an intermediary between users and IT development teams. The main focus is on project management, business requirements analysis, business specifications, organizational solutions. As project manager, I am in charge of the Strategic Data Sourcing project, which aligns all UBS international locations risk data in order to feed a central repository from which stress calculations are performed, MIS reports generated, ratings computed.

I was involved in a project financed by SwissRe. The aim of the research I conducted was to design and develop a component able to distribute SwissRe application subcomponents on a grid platform.

I was involved in a project financed by Sun Microsystems. The main goal was to provide a proof of concept of a scheduler able to dispatch batch jobs on distributed platforms. I designed and developed a multilevel scheduler prototype, and I implemented the simulator used for performance tests.

I was involved in the CoreGrid European research network. I attended seminars, conferences and scientific meetings, where I exposed my research results to scientists belonging to different European institutes.
