HSBC selected the ARIS platform to consolidate business architecture management and process modelling from two platforms (Signavio, Casewise) focusing on risk and compliance. Responsibilities included; Process lead (ARIS) for Requirements gathering for data translation (BPMN 2.0 to EPC), Import and model translation testing, Process architecture standards design, Global stakeholder management, Process governance design, Risk and compliance modelling, Training delivery (process modelling, ARIS)

• Continuous process architectural quality review • Identify critical processes associated risks and obligations for internal compliance and external regulatory requirements (APRA) • Created a process maturity assessment • BPM coaching and education • Preparing business case for the setting up a decentralised office of BPM. • Received NAB award in recognition for my contribution promoting BPM understanding.
