Internship Program at the Design for Excellence & Standardization Department. I took part at the Knowledge Management Project. Objective: To bring excellence in the flow, management and retention of knowledge and information in the systems and softwares of the company. I was accountable for mapping and describing the knowledge flow between the field (oil rigs) and the product development department.
