This included business impact analysis as well as the identification and implementation of adequate risk mitigations to address identified risks

• Analyzing the current state of the business process (As-is), Designing business processes (To-be) and managing any subsequent changes • Identifying potential improvement areas of existing business processes and procedures and recommending them to business stakeholders • Providing technical knowledge in the mapping of business processes using Business Process Management (BPM) methodology • Defining software specification with functional and non-functional requirements
