As a consultant the work is as varied as the customers I work for. I support the product owner and subject matter experts performing requirement elicitation, change management, interfacing between IT and subject matter experts, as the administrative tasks necessary to integrate new software into a large scale infrastructure environment. At present I do data analysis anticipating resource requirements, measuring load levels and analyzing software performance.

Worked on the ELAK im Bund Solution for the Austrian federal government and the eGov Suite used by the City of Vienna. This involved three related areas, 1)Writing requirements and updating software specifications. 2)As part of the release cycle test suites were designed, implemented and executed. 3) Updating the product documentation to the latest standards.
