With KfW where I lead lead the development of a limit management system for the banks financial markets exposures and was directly responsible for supervising and rating all client bank risks in Eastern Europe and Asia. Prior to this I lead KfW's global microfinance funds investments and held various investment officer positions in KfW’s Sub-Saharan Africa department as well as in both IFC’s and KfW’s Eastern Europe department, working on financial markets investments in these regions.

Staff exchange program: -Structure, appraise and process a financial markets equity investment in a Russian SME bank -Develop local currency instruments for SME finance and prepare a pilot programme
