As a customer support representative, I was responsible for maintaining a good attitude for the customers contacting us as well as responding to their queries via chat, email and phone. Furthermore, I was trained in providing the best product knowledge to meet the customer’s expectations and needs. As a result, I managed to improve my enthusiastic attitude while coping with impatient customers, high volumes of calls and other challenging situations.

Whilst working as a document controller I have proved an ability to establish and maintain an effective filing and archiving system for paper documents and electronic documents and files in accordance with company and archiving procedures. Possessing extensive knowledge of: electronic data management systems, supplier document controls and electronic filing systems. During my time at Synergy, I developed strong analytical, organizational as well as time management skills.
