I am currently working as a qualification engineer at Roche Diagnostics GmbH for the PPT Pharma Process Technology GmbH. My main tasks comprise change management as well as consulting in technical matters and process optimisations. My technical focus are barrier systems, especially cRABS/isolators, and VHP decontamination systems, as well as their respecive processes.

I'm currently working as Qualification Engineer at the OPTIMA pharma containment GmbH (prev. M+P). My work mainly comprises the IQ and OQ of isolators, INTISOs, STISOs as well as MTCs during internal qualification as well as during FATs. Additionally, I have been tasked with various research and documentation tasks such as e.g. - the drafting of rationales based on current regulations; - the drafting and review of Failure Mode and Effects Analyses; as well as - change control and event management.

Analyses of technical components, prior art researches, drafting of responses to examination notices (EPO and USPTO), preparation of freedom-to-operate analyses, scientific-technical analyses of further patent related issues.

Preparation and supervision of the experiments Eye Model as well as Spectral Photometer and Light Micro- scope of the annual practical course physics for physicians.

Preparation, supervision and further development of the fluorescence spectroscopy experiment of the an- nual bachelor biophysics practical course.

Updating and revising the module manuals of the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in Bio- physics.

Conducting experiments on and supervising the subjects of the Studie100 of DiaMon Tech AG. Establish- ment and maintenance of the duty rotas of the student assistants of the project.
