Development of Python post-analysis tools for certification reports and stress analysis of data tests for LP shafts

This project aimed to rationalise the maintenance of a bearing chamber in a three shaft gas turbine. Finding the rationale to inspect this bearing chamber each shop visit allowed me to discover several oppportunities for reducing waste in the maintenance process. During this project I increased my knowledge in gas turbines, focusing in design and maintenance of bearing chambers. I obtained data from several teams in the organisation and I processed this data according to safety and inspection requirements.

Group project for Cranfield University and sponsored by Airbus (Filton). Seven students with different backgrounds developed two highly intuitive and based on open source technology protitypes of CoBots. My role in the project consisted on being team leader and project manager, following agile SCRUM. I was also involved in hardware design and H&S research about use of CoBots in shop floor.

Management intern in Offshore Wikinger Project. Wikinger Project aimed to built 29 jackets for the first Offshore Windfarm of Iberdrola in Germany. My work consisted on predicting resource allocation for the incoming project East Anglia One. Prediction was based on the analysis of resources used in Wikinger Project.
