Maintenance of business relationships with existing customers, and new business development  Credit Risk Analysis on historical performance of corporate customers  Assessment of Corporate Finance Applications: Deliver Financial Statement Analyses, Credit Reports and Credit Proposals  Member of the business loans approval committee  Deliver outstanding service to corporate clients regarding credit line requests  Deal with day to day issues concerning the existing and new customers

Operational management of the UK affiliate branch  International customers consultation in matters of establishing offshore businesses  Relationship/Account Management, as well as new Business Development with potential clients and law firms.  Regular interaction with the Regulatory Authorities in the UK  Drafting of reports and contracts to be signed with partners, and participation in their fulfillment
