Support all recruiting activity: CV screening, scheduling interviews, organising assessment centres, and providing assistance to candidates. Phone screening and business interviews. Track and maintain recruiting files and reports, candidate communication and data in recruiting files. Contribute to the improvement of recruiting processes, to create team efficiency and to ensure a high quality candidate experience. Work closely with HR teams to ensure new hire documentation is correctly processed.

Coordinator and trainer of new hires’ training and trainings for existing agents. Supporting and receiving support from Training and Quality team, assisting both local and EMEA trainers. Facilitation of content and discussion, coaching to find the answer, ice breakers. Building rapport with trainees. Situations from ice breakers to sensitive meetings. Liaison with team leaders to address issues of agents and learning needs.

Customer Service duties via phone and email with great performance for Spanish and English markets.

Advanced language and translation trainings; translation into mother tongues and back-translation; documentation, technologies, research and terminology; interpreting, social and cultural mediation. ERASMUS at Johannes Gutenberg Universität Mainz.
