I was responsible for bringing partnerships live – by managing the scope, timelines, external communication and internal stakeholders from end to end in order to develop and maintain effective and sustainable partnerships with Third Party product and service providers to ensure delivery of joined-up sales and service proposition to customers in line with company objectives for the B2C and B2B value propositions.

I was responsible for the coordination of Sales effort for the following Sales dimensions: sales and management processes and activities, sales and management tools, roles & responsibilities, compensation principles and structure, sales communication strategy and actions, non-financial recognition component, KPIs & reporting, recruitment and selection, training, development, sales force roll-out plan.

I was in charge of designing sales value proposition for the distribution channel, training strategy & content as well as training delivery. I have also established and coordinated a roll-out plan for the sales force.

I have acted as single point of contact for partner banks exploring and developing new channel distribution opportunities. The main responsibilities consisted in managing the relationship with our partners, monitoring the development of our common business and evaluate the results. I also acted as a liaison with the internal departments on day-to-day activities to set up effective process flows. Submitted to the management improvement recommendations based on the performed reviews.

- In charge of managing the relationship between Insurer back-office and external brokers, updating and improving the existing process of co-operation with brokers. - Came up with initiatives to boost the business based on understanding trends of life insurance & pensions market and insurer strategy. - Fulfilled the role of Compliance Officer - Business partners due diligence: identification of potential risks of opening a contractual relationship with third-party distributors
