Active steering of retail credit risk performance and credit risk issues for CEE Legal Entities.Coordination of the responses, timely comments on the topics under unit (Credit Risk Retail CEE) responsibility to the regulatory documents e.g. FMA, EBA and ensuring of update of the internal guidelines/regulations in order to be compliant with the regulatory requirements.

Biodisel selling contracts responsible (issuing and following the entire process of delivery). Biodiesel Quality monitoring (based on lab tests).Organizing seminars and dedicated events for existing and prospect clients in order to promote the product. Website design for promoting “BIODIL” (registered mark)

Starting with January 2006, temporary assignment: responsible for all documentation/processes for establishment of the new company AMOCHIM SA ( subsidiary of AMONIL SA, at that moment). Responsibilities in accounting, commercial and organizational issues.

Responsible for daily administrative tasks (following & update of agenda, organizing business trips & events, preparing documents regular and ad-hoc meetings of the shareholders). Coordination of activities specific for General Manager’ office. Ensure emergency procedures are known by team members and applied according to the local legal requirements.Establish and maintain effective internal communications and reports regarding administrative department activities.
