In a complex software architecture with multiple systems, services might be using many of them making difficult to have a view of the service as a whole. My job is to analyze the impact of a system outage, degradation or traffic increse to the service availability and performance. Also, reporting on service usage and availability while linking trends to business events like marketing campaigns or new product launches. To improve the traffic analysis, we built up a datawarehouse.
