Identified non-conformities and assisted the supplier in becoming compliant with a very short deadline. Promoted to Part Volumes Sourcing Specialist to define and manage the supplier volume and velocity of production lines necessary to meet production planning and ramp ups.

Quality Assurance Engineer mainly for two flagship products produced for Airbus. Primary goals: to ensure suppliers operated their quality systems in accordance to quality compliance; and to qualify the suppliers for “Special Processes”, production processes in accordance to OEM (original equipment manufacturer) specifications. Planned yearly verification and quality audits for 20 to 30 suppliers that had two to five Special Processes, and worked closely with the Materials & Processes Department.
