Responsible for the further development of the Global Mobility Center of Excellence of Arlanxeo and within the total rewards team responsible for all expatriate related policies and global procedures.

HRBP for the Finance, Controlling & Tax department and Senior Management regarding Talent Management, Leadership and Organizational Structures. Responsible for the compenstion and benefits policies Advising and coordinating employment conditions, wages tax and social security issues for our cross border employees (50% of our population), mainly German citizens.

Responsible for operational management regarding total integrated Global Mobility Services (tax, social security, payroll, immigration, C&B, policy, relocation), Project lead in setting up, changing and improving Global Mobility and International compensation programs and processes (reviewing and developing global mobility and compensation policies, (re)-design workflows and corresponding processes. Advisory on executive level. Hired, trained and managed over 32 employees (8 direct and 24 indirect report).

Established the practice from the ground-up and involved all stages of the firm's development and growth. . Developed and grew the (tax) business rapidly, increasing revenue at 35% per year. Advisory on services regarding (international) wage, income and social security tax, salary split situations and the implement of salary split payrolls, tax equalization and develop and implement tax equalization policies. Trained and managed 10 employees.

Advisory on services regarding (international) wage, income and social security tax for expatriates. Performing entrance and exit interviews with expatriates, taking care of their special expatriate rulings (in the Netherlands the so-called 30%-ruling), E101/A1 statement and preparing personal income tax returns.
