At BMW AG, I guided a Scrum team of 15 talented professionals in developing a cutting-edge fleet management portal. My mission was clear: foster a self-organizing team with an agile mindset, driving high performance and continuous growth. From day one, I established a rhythm of well-structured Scrum ceremonies—daily stand-ups, planning sessions, demos, refinements, and retrospectives. These meetings weren’t just routine; they became the team’s heartbeat, ensuring alignment, transparency, and adaptability.

At Sono Motors, I coached two super squads—15 skilled professionals—on their journey to Agile transformation within the Solar group, a dynamic team of over 110 people dedicated to developing the electric solar car, Sono Sion. My role was to refine and optimise the Agile framework, ensuring teams worked efficiently within Scrum using tools like Jira and Confluence. I coordinated sprint goals, aligning team efforts with management expectations while fostering clear communication with stakeholders.

At GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company, I guided two Scrum teams—over 20 professionals—in developing an identity and multifactor authentication solution. Working alongside 12 cross-functional Scrum teams, we tackled the complexities of securing high-stakes workflows. Starting from scratch, I helped shape self-organising, high-performing teams with a strong Agile mindset. Beyond processes, I focused on fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Leading two Scrum teams in clinical research product enhancements was a journey of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Working alongside seven cross-functional Scrum teams, I helped drive innovation in a fast-paced environment. I organised and facilitated all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment, transparency, and adaptability. Every sprint was an opportunity to refine our approach and push the teams toward high performance.

Lead Test Engineer on the project to develop a new hybrid regulatory and ethical review platform for human research. The solution for the growing organisational needs and market demand by utilising cutting-edge cloud-based solutions as well as modern UI/UX practices. (25+ FTE)
